We can take your booking over the phone, or follow the instructions below. If you need any help, please call us.
Our pick up and return times aren't written in stone but if you want to vary from them please let us know well in advance, we'll try and be flexible. Week-end bookings are from Friday 3pm to Monday 10.30am. Pick up and drop off times for per night bookings are the same as for week-end bookings.
How to book:
a) Check your dates are available using the availability calendar link .
b) E-mail or phone us with your requested dates and your details.
c) We will send you a reply confirming availability ASAP.
d) Make your payment via Paypal (this secures your booking).
e) Download and print out the Hire Agreement PDF, complete and return to us by post (alternatively, scan the document and e-mail it to us)
We will send you a reminder e-mail a few days before the balance of payment is due.

Receipt of the completed booking form and the receipt of your deposit secures your dates for you.
Your payments must be made online through Paypal at the bottom of this page (you do not need to be a Paypal account holder to make payments) unfortunately we cannot accept cash or cheques. Please make sure your balance of payment is made at least 21 days BEFORE the start of your holiday and that you complete all the details on the booking form. For single night bookings the whole amount must be paid along with the deposit. The deposit will be returned to you when your booking starts. Remember also you will need to pay the security bond by cheque in advance or on the day in cash BEFORE you are allowed to take the van.
