How to Book.

We can take your booking over the phone, or follow the instructions below. If you need any help, please call us.

How to book the camper:
a) Check your dates are available using the availability calendar link .
b) E-mail or phone us with your requested dates and your details.
c) We will send you a reply confirming availability ASAP.
d) Pay your deposit via Paypal (this secures your booking).
e) Download and print out the Booking Form/Hire Agreement PDF. Complete and return to us by post (alternatively, scan the document and e-mail it to us)

Camper pick up and return times aren't written in stone but if you want to vary from them please let us know well in advance, we'll try and be flexible. Van collection is before noon with return by 11am on your final day. Insurance for one named driver is included in the hire price. If you want more than one driver there will be a supplement of £7.00 per day (clean licence assumed) which is payable via the supplements button below right.

We will send you a reminder e-mail a few days before the balance of payment is due.

Receipt of the completed booking form and the receipt of your deposit secures your dates for you.

Your payments must be made online through Paypal on this page (you do not need to be a Paypal account holder to make payments) unfortunately we cannot accept cash or cheques. Please make sure your balance of payment is made at least 21 days BEFORE the start of your holiday and that you complete all the details on the booking form. Remember also you will need to pay the security bond by Paypal via the website in advance BEFORE you are allowed to take the van. If any of your proposed drivers have points or have served bans or been fined there could be a surcharge imposed by our insurers, this is done on a case by case basis using the information you give us on the booking form and this extra charge is payable by the hirer in all cases via the website. If you want us to obtain a quote to cover drivers with points, bans or fines we will be happy to do so, but will need the completed booking form to do this.
